1. Promoter

2. Promotion period 

This offer is valid from Friday 16 October 2026 to Sunday 18 October 2026 inclusive. 

The offer may only be redeemed during the promotion period. 

3. Eligibility 

This offer is available to valid Equifest 2026 ticket holders.

To receive the discount, visitors must present a valid Equifest 2026 ticket, pass, wristband, or other approved proof of attendance at the participating attraction's admissions desk. 

4. Participating partners and offer details 

Hamilton Gardens 

Receive 50% off the standard entry price when presenting a valid Equifest ticket.

Children aged 15 years and under receive free entry in accordance with standard Hamilton Gardens admission policies. 

Hamilton Zoo 

Receive 50% off the standard child entry price for children aged 3 to 15 years when visiting with a paying adult and presenting a valid Equifest ticket. 

Children aged 2 years and under receive free entry in accordance with standard Hamilton Zoo admission policies. 

Exscite at Te Whare Taonga o Waikato Museum & Gallery 

Receive 50% off standard admission to Exscite children's zone for children aged 3 to 15 years when presenting a valid Equifest ticket. 

Children aged 2 years and under receive free entry to Exscite.

General admission to the museum remains free to all. 

5. Redemption conditions 

The discount must be redeemed in person and presented upon entry.

The offer is not transferable. 

Proof of Equifest attendance must be presented at the time of purchase. 

No retrospective discounts will be applied to tickets purchased before or after the promotion period. 

6. Exclusions 

This offer: 

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, membership benefit, concession, promotion, or special pricing. 

Is not redeemable for cash. 

Cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, merchandise, food, beverage, or experience. 

Does not apply to retail purchases, memberships, events, tours, or activities unless expressly stated. 

7. Attraction entry conditions 

Entry to participating attractions remains subject to each venue's normal terms and conditions of entry, operating hours, capacity limits, and any health and safety requirements. 

Visitors should check attraction websites for current opening hours and admission information before visiting. 

8. Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, HLive and participating attractions are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in this promotion or attendance at participating attractions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation. 

9. Privacy 

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the applicable privacy policies of HLive and participating attractions. 

Individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information. 

10. Changes to the promotion 

HLive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
