A three-day festival of action-packed education, shopping and competition, the festival comes to Claudelands Events Centre in October 2026.

Travelling to Equifest? We recommend catching the 14 Claudelands Bus and getting off at the stop on Heaphy Terrace outside Claudelands Events Centre for the easiest access to the event.

• Ticket Office opens from 8:30am daily 
• Gates open at 8:30am | Event runs: 8:30am - 5:30pm daily | Friday 16 - Sunday 18 October 2026
• Parking is available in Claudelands Park via the Settlement Centre from 7am daily. We recommend arriving early and planning your journey in advance.
• Your Equifest ticket includes FREE travel on all Hamilton Busit services on the day of your visit. Simply show your ticket to the driver and ride free to and from the event. For the easiest access, catch the 14 Claudelands service and hop off on Heaphy Terrace.
• Food, Drinks & Merchandise: Food trucks and concessions will be operating throughout the venue each day, and merchandise will be available for purchase across the weekend. Please note Claudelands concessions are cashless, so bring your Eftpos card, PayWave or Apple Pay.
