Learn. Connect. Be inspired.
With every sale and every item saved from landfill - op shops are making a real difference in our communities. The Op Shop Summit is a chance to celebrate that impact, connect with fellow leaders, and explore how we can do even more together.
Supported through waste minimisation funding, the summit is designed specifically for op shop senior leaders and managers across the Waikato, it's a space to be inspired with fresh thinking, share what's working, and discover new opportunities together.
Keynote: Jacob Miller - We're excited to welcome special guest Jacob Miller, sharing practical and inspiring insights from the world of charity retail, merchandising and shopper trends. Jacob has spent nearly 20 years transforming op shops across Australia and beyond, helping them reimagine their future to attract new customers, maximise their sales and their impact. As a 2024 Churchill Fellow, Jacob travelled the globe studying some of the best charity retail operations in the world - and they're bringing those insights straight to you.
