Discover the connections between the stars and our world

This year's Matariki programme explores the ecology of Matariki, drawing inspiration from our exhibitions and taonga.

Through stories of insects, tuna, and the natural world, you'll discover how the stars guide knowledge of the environment and our place within it.

On Friday 10 July, the museum comes alive with a full day of free and ticketed activities for all ages.
