New Zealand's premier Taekwon-Do championship is coming to Hamilton this August.

Hosted by the Midlands Region, Hamilton Club and Tournament Advisory Group (TAG), the 2026 ITKD National Tournament will bring together the country's top competitors for two days of elite competition at Claudelands Arena. The event will also welcome international athletes from Australia and, for the first time, Japan, creating an exciting showcase of skill, sportsmanship and high-performance martial arts.

Competitors will contest a range of disciplines across all grades and age divisions, while supporters can experience the energy and excitement of New Zealand's largest Taekwon-Do event.
