The Discipline D7 Games, held at GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands in Hamilton on March 15th and 16th, is an exciting two-day fitness competition designed to find New Zealand's fittest athletes!

The event features individual male and female categories on Saturday, followed by teams of 4 (2 males and 2 females) on Sunday. Athletes from across the country will compete in high-intensity, 7-minute workouts, showcasing their strength, endurance, and agility. With divisions including Novice, Beginners, Intermediate, RX Elite, and Teens, the competition caters to all skill levels, making it a thrilling challenge for athletes of every background.
