The Carnival kicks off at 4pm till late. The whole family can soak up the last of summer with carnival rides, outdoor markets, delicious food trucks and finish the evening with an outdoor movie starting at 8pm. It'll be a night packed full of excitement, a taster of what’s to come later this year as part of The Great Waikato Festival.
